Synopsis
To the common tourist, Imagine Arcade is a family fun land on the boardwalk of a plain New England beach. To the locals, it is their culture, the keeper of pastimes and birthplace of legends. A haven for a competitive congregation. Average joes become warriors, fighting for honor and quarters in the name of their chosen games. Fourteen-year-old Riley Gatlin is a fledgling air hockey player, with thoughts of competing in this summer's Wind Field Tournament. After an encounter with the reigning champion, he begins training with the help of his stepfather, the dance machine champion Kevin. A comedic love letter crossing coming of age sports stories and Shonen, Riley will use his niche skills and weeaboo imagination to face his own personal trials and many eccentric opponents. Such as tattoo artists, lonely rogues, a rebel girl with a cause, and a mailman with a god complex.
