Synopsis
When one thinks of a reincarnation story, especially from the perspective of a being from Gaia, most would think of a humanoid soul stuffed into a murderous gem. Some might flip that script and think of a kind soul changing things or perhaps an actual newborn soul of a dungeon just doing their best to survive.
But let me ask a question, haven’t all of these tales gone stale? The same human souls, the same cisgendered nonsense! Bah! I say! Bah! Even a masterpiece on repeat would cause numbness not to mention these copying fake gems.
So today we question. Why must a literally immortal magic rock be female or male? Why must they humor sentients at all? Why be fair or kind or cruel or impatient? Why gloss over the seemingly insignificant parts of the whole? Why not combine multiple system quirks into a world mishmashed and warped for a single purpose?
And aren’t those the questions to be asking?
To Clarify [A Warning]:
The author has clearly and will again state that this story's writing style is very focused on the minor details, insignificant even, thus if after a try readers are unsatisfied the author understands and is glad for the chance given. Furthermore, the author is a very slow writer, they are trying to stockpile and will work to release a chapter every week, day of release to be determined by polling when uploaded, thus they ask readers to forgive the slow pace. Though in good news, the author is very bad at moderating the amount of words in a chapter. Thus readers will be glad to hear most chapters will be long to compensate for slow releases and author will sometimes go on long writing sessions whereupon chapters will be free bulls to decide their own word length, readers can thank author's quirk of not being able to stop unless it would feel right, perfect.
