Benjamin October was considered a failure to launch, product of his environment, until recent years. He had finally got his life on track and was nearing graduation from his University with a Bachelors in whatever he could focus on for his final year.  Unfortunately the advent of a System Apocalypse similar to the stories from his favorite past-time novels struck, and to top it off he's given a Core Talent that disables his access to Active Skills, limiting him to empowered Passives. Follow Ben as he, and humanity, navigates the difficulty of this new mana-rife world.
