As soon as the notification left Alex's field of vision, an automated video began to play. Though it can be described as a video it was almost like Alex was experiencing the workings of a beginner Dungeon Master. Everything was being transmitted from sight and hearing to smell and touch. All five senses were being transmitted from the figure in the cutscene to Alex.
Whoever the figure was gave a minute for Alex to get acquanted with this strange feeling of losing control of his body and just being a passenger. Once time was up the demonstrator went about his job instructing the new master.
The figure began moving around the room to the small gem. Once close enough to touch Alex felt his hand reach up to touch something. There were 3 blank panels. The figure grabbed one in its grasp and muttered in a language Alex had never heard, but strangely understood.
"Come little one. It is time to show the rookie how to proceed in this new life."
If Alex still had control of his body he would have broken out in cold seat at how the figure knew that he was there. Alex witnessed a circle appear on the ground and something manifested into being. The only word to describe it was something because Alex could not see what was summoned. It was almost like he couldn't be trusted to know the secrets of the man Alex was shadowing.
"Remember this feeling. The system can do this for you, but the creature will never be as useful as what you create yourself."
With that over, Alex was back into his own body. Shaking Alex asked the system why he lost control of himself.
Host would not have learned the feeling of mana flowing through the body by only instructions. It must be done instinctively.

'So that was what that was.' Alex started to think back to what he had just experienced. Each step of the unknown figure was transmitted to him. He was trying to search his memories for the cause of the strange phenomenon. He tried to remember so hard that a ghostly avatar of his body appeared.
Not having noticed what he had done, Alex merely went about copying what he had witnessed. He even went so far as to say the exact words the figure spoke to him just to make certain that everything was going to be right.
Once Alex reached the point of the cutscenes summoning he felt a pulling from the back of his neck. It was almost like having a headache and yet there was no pain or distraction from his thought process.
Taking that feeling he thrust out his hands in hopes of summoning something like that mysterious figure. Nothing happened.
Not one to shy from a challenge Alex continued on trying to do something with the non-pain headache he was experiencing. Everytime that he though something was going to happen it was like he reached a wall that refused to give way to him.
In a fit of frustration, Alex let out a loud sream of rage at being denied. The pulling sensation suddenly exploded whatever was stopping him from advancing as cool chill flowed down his neck to his spine. From there the cold turned hot as the feeling moved towards his arms before stopping at his hands. Not wanting something to mess this up he pushed out his hands.
And a fog flew out of his hands making a faint circle on the ground.
Congradulations host. You have started to develope Mana Manipulation. This marks the start of your dungeon making career.
A smile appeared on his face. "I did it," Alex whispered before his legs gave out and he fell to the floor. Letting out a grunt of annoyance at having his moment ruined by his stupid legs, Alex slowly sat up. In front of his vision a blue panel opened up asking him a question.
Choose that which you wish to bind to your dungeon. Wisp Construct Sprite
Staring ahead at the three unfamiliar names Alex could only think of one thing to do.
"Uh... What?"
