In a slightly-more technologically advanced version of Philadelphia,  detective Sean Daniels reluctantly joins a Homicide investigation into one of his Missing Persons cases. As he navigates social problems,   political organizations, and dangerous relationships, he begins to discover clues that there are forces at work hell-bent on controlling the city… no matter the cost.
