Marin Kelly is a bright 18-year-old nearing the end of her senior year. She has everything a normal teenager has, great friends, supportive parents, and a fulfilling future at the local college. What could possibly be missing?  Although things appear to be well Marin can't help but feel as though she's being watched. She hears whispers of familiar voices and has heart-wrenching nightmares. Strangest of all, she keeps having hallucinations of a terrifying creature with haunting red eyes. When Marin wrecks her car in search of a missing friend, things take a turn. Marin blacks out only to wake up and find exactly what has been missing.
