Synopsis
When we think of horror, we immediately think of supernatural and paranormal phenomena and creatures such as ghosts, demons, vampires, werewolves, zombies, undead and other creatures of the night, and we also think of feelings of loneliness, aloofness, dread, nihilism, fear of darkness and the unknown.
But sometimes, the scariest stories don’t even include any fantastical or science fiction concepts at all; in some cases, the most bone-chilling and disturbing tales are from the events that happen around us, in the real world. To induce the feeling of panic and raw emotion within the human soul by reminding us how our lives are fragile and easy to ruin forever.
This is a collection of horror short stories, some connected, some stand-alones, but each one with its own unique blend of dread and terror.
