Synopsis

(Formerly Titled "Why Does My Crush Have Tentacles?") Foreward: Thanks for all your support over the years, I appreciate every comment, like, and follow I've gotten on this story. I am pleased to announce that Octopod! will be available as a full novel available on Amazon this October 4, National TAKO day! The book will retail for $5.99. Due to Amazon's Terms of Service, less than 10% of Octopod! can be left on Royal Road. What is left here is similar to the free sample you will see in Kindle's "Look Inside!" feature. This is in agreement with my contract with Amazon. Pre-order the book and save $5--that's just 99 cents for the whole novel! Get it right here!  WARNING: At least one unfinalized copy of Octopod! has been leaked as a PDF by malicious cyberstalkers who are attempting to doxx me. I do not support or condone any content on the sites that are hosting my stolen work.  Synopsis: Deep underground in a fantastic world, an ancient evil lurks...The Octopus God is cruel, or so the feathered Wingfolk say. He rules over his domain with a set of turntables that do much more than drop hot beats, and his desire to keep the coveted Blue Crystal for himself knows few boundaries. So begins the tale of Eagle’s Quarry, the video game that 35-year-old secretary Liz Curley thinks may hold the key to the otherworldly changes her body is undergoing.Liz’s hunch proves itself correct when she and her friends are warped inside of Eagle’s Quarry and stranded in the Sea Cave Domain, home of end boss MC Tentachill and his loyal minions, the Octopods. The more Liz lingers around these ugly creatures, the more she imagines herself among them, complete with bulging eyes and spiraling tentacle legs. And, as the changes she dreams of begin to manifest, she finds herself feeling happy despite her dwindling humanity. In her heart, Liz knows she needs to go home. She’s just not sure which world that’s in anymore. This story contains mature situations and is not intended for readers who have not reached the age of eighteen.
