Emile appeared in the simulation room. He walked out.
Emile checked his system clock and noticed that it was late at night. He felt tired; he had experienced a hectic day.
In one day he scouted a dungeon, gotten enlightenment, killed 60 players, stopped an invasion, cleared the dungeon he scouted earlier on, visited the Nirvana Market, visited another world and became an overpowered expert in the eyes of others.
He logged out of Nirvana and fell asleep.
He woke up early in the morning to go to his classes. Most of his classmates had been discussing Mystical Flame who was increasing the gap between the first and second place in the Fame ranking and Level ranking.
They were proud of being in the same school as the number one player in the Level ranking and the Fame ranking. They also were discussing his other party members who made it onto the leaderboard.
Emile wanted to keep a low profile; he didn't want others to learn about his game account.
Emile's class day passed by without a hitch. He walked to his father's dojo. He wanted to keep his body, so he walked the distance.
Emile arrived at the dojo and entered it.
His father, Lucifer, wanted to have a spar with Emile.
Emile wanted to mischievous and used only his Void-Steps to see if he could trick his father.
His Void-Steps allowed him to trick his opponents with confusing movements.
Lucifer suspected nothing. The expert stage was what Lucifer assumed Emile to be in.
The spar started out with no one maintaining a lead. Lucifer attacked for weak points in Emile's movement.
'He's attacking from the left again,' Lucifer predicted.
Lucifer did a jab aimed towards the left. At this moment, Emile moved passed his jab like flowing water.
'How did he get to the right?' Lucifer had a shocked frame of mind at this development.
His father got hit on his right shoulder.
The force from the blow knocked him back three meters.
'I need to be aggressive,' Lucifer thought.
His father dashed towards Emile.
Emile observed.
When they were a meter away from each other, Emile evaded the sword and gave a poke at the wrist.
Lucifer dropped his sword.
"How did you get so strong," Lucifer said after realizing that there was no point in continuing.
"I reached the grandmaster stage of Void-Steps," Emile said while scratching his head.
"You-you were only Intermediate stage last week, how did you improve so quickly," His father had experienced how long it took to enter the next tier. He has been in the expert stage of Void-Steps for two years. He took three years to leave the Intermediate stage.

"I received an enlightenment," Emile said.
"I had been fighting against sixty players. For most of the fight, I was on the losing end since they used skills to lower my mobility. I entered a trance. I broke out of this trance and all my opponent around me fallen," Emile said as he recalled his experience.
"See, fighting against people in Nirvana helps you. This was the smartest financial decision I've made." Lucifer said while grinning.
"Huh... yeah," Emile said not knowing how to respond to his comment.
"Did you activate the Nirvanic System," His father asked.
"Yeah, I got the Fire Skill system and the Water Skill system," Emile said.
"Repeat what you said," Lucifer wondered if his heard wrong.
"I got the fire skill system and water skill system," Emile said.
"That's not normal... It should be impossible... one bloodline should consume the other bloodline," He said.
"Well, it exists in my body now, so I want to learn about where the bloodline of water came from," Emile asked.
"Your mother... she was a part of the family that had the bloodline of water. Our families were close for many years. They helped us when the other two families attacked us. The other two families threatened them. So they backed off which turned out a smart decision on their part." Lucifer said with some sorrow.
"What happened to my mom," Emile thought it was weird to mention someone close to him.
"She got separated from us. Her family took her back when they retreated. You were only 2 years old so you shouldn't remember much from that time." Lucifer said.
Emile tried to recall the past.
A hazy figure of a woman appeared. She laughed lightly as she picked him up. She cradled him in her arms before the image vanished.
He barely had any recollection of her.
Emile had a negative impression of her. She abandoned them when they need her the most. He changed the topic.
"I have a friend who has the Earth bloodline, is her family one of the culprits," Emile asked.
"Earth bloodline? I have never heard of a family having the Earth bloodline. The only bloodline families I know of are the fire, water, light, and dark. It was weird how light and dark worked together to destroy fire. They were enemies for a long time." Lucifer experienced Emile's strength and spilled the beans.
"I must ask her about her situation," Emile said.
"You no longer need to come to my dojo anymore... you have surpassed me," Lucifer seemed to age a few years after saying this. Emile would always come to his dojo whenever he had free time.
"I'll come around sometimes to help your students out," Emile said with a tone of sadness. He also felt excited that he had graduated from his father's tutelage.
Emile left his father's dojo.
He took the bus back to his home.
When he was opening his door Lily popped out of her room.
"Ah, there you are. You disappeared on me last night. I left my simulation and saw you had logged out of Nirvana." She said with a pout.
"Sorry about that. The simulation made me tired." Emile said
"Can you tell me all the powerful families," Emile asked.
"Oh.. sure. There are the three original families which are the light, dark and water families. New families appeared about a decade ago. They are the earth family, the air family, space family, and the time family. They each have control over an element. Not full control or they would become the strongest family." Lily said.
"I'm confused; why do you have the fire bloodline? The fire family was destroyed about 20 years ago. After some researching I found out that there shouldn't be any survivors after the wipeout," she said.
"I don't know why I'm alive. I need to ask my father about this." Emile said.
"If anyone ever asks about what family you're a part of, tell them it's the water one. Their surname is Waner. So your name would be Emile Waner. If anyone finds out about your fire bloodline, tell them you're an average person who got enough resources to buy the fire skill system. Hide the water skill system from these people." She said with guidance.
She wanted to protect Emile from harm so he had to hide the truth.
"More importantly, I want to check your pulse for something," Lily asked in a serious tone. She changed her face rapidly.
"Sure," Emile thought it was a weird request but accepted.
Lily put her fingers on his wrist and closed her eyes. Emiel thought this was awkward. He admired her face. His heart was beating as he examined her serious face.
Lily opened her eyes and saw that Emile was staring at her face. She blushed. She let go of his wrist and maintained her serious face.
"I knew it. Your body is unstable."
