Kymber, Will, and Sam were ordinary high school students on their first day of school. Then a prince an Imperium from another dimension announced that he'd broken the wards that had isolated Earth from magic in an age lost even to myth, and that he'd claimed the entire dimension for his people's empire. Most technology stops working due to mana screwing up the works of computers, and the three will have to abandon their plans and learn to keep up with the Imperium's cultivation "Power Curve" or else lose their rights as citizens and be enslaved.
