I woke up the sun dazzling my eyes . I I looked up at my old tattered calendar and saw the large circle around this day it was the day ,the day the latest vr video game the new earth would be released excitement instantly replaced my tired cloudy eyes.Due to its jaw breaking graphics and its cheap marketing price it was an instant hit to people from all walks of life. I booted up  my cranky old computer to have a final look at the dream techs forums they had released very little apart from a countdown to the games opening time and a few clips to show off the games incredible graphics.

The countdown finally hit one minute as I strapped on his vr mask and waited. A minute later the darkness disappeared replaced my a fiery battle between monsters and people it was a chaotic scene with spells flying around and swords crashing into each other it was quickly changed to a picture of a scene with 4 choices adventurer lord dungeon core or divine.i thought about it for a while I was bored of the generic RPG adventurer so I quickly crossed that one out , being a god in heaven seemed boring so I crossed out the divine I was left with being a lord or dungeon core player and chose a lord crossing out a dungeon as being in an abyss like darkness 24 7 didn’t seem my cup of tea.

- [ ] Those four large words merged and transformed into a a multitude of different races of which there were orca goblins and elves to note a few, I looked over most of the races without blinking but my gaze lingered on elves it was a childhood fantasy of mine , eventually while gritting my teath I picked the vanilla human race as I didn’t want to min max my play this early. Finnally the people each turned into a stream of different islands or continents some were massive and others tiny and on the outskirts of the map. I grinned as I picked a spot on the mouth of a river on the largest continent it is better to be a small fish in an ocean than a big fish in a pond.i appeared 100 metres in the sky and floated down to the ground.Next to me was a river which was wider than the eye could see after making sure I was in th correct place I took out the only item in my inventory an ordinary village token and planted it in the ground 200 metres from the river for a few moments nothing happened and than the token turned into particles of light and turned into a fairly big house with village Lord’s manor on front of it.Infront of the manor was a stone pillar from where I could manage the settlement it was the heart of my future kingdom. My new journey had started.
