Before the champion of the Red Forest Goblins died, he had only one request, and it was to talk to the most cowardly goblin in the village, Rathnuk. He tells Rathnuk that all hope rests on him, and that he must become the new champion. The next day orcs come to the village to battle, and the little goblin steps up to the challenge despite the drowning fear. To taunt and ridicule him, the orcs give him thirty days to train before coming back to kill him. Rathnuk has only thirty days to transform his body from the weakest goblin to a creature stronger than an orc champion. Everything is pointing at him being unable to complete this seemingly impossible task, except for the windows popping up in his vision, telling him how to train, and what to eat.
