It has been 13 years since the defeat of Fire Lord Ozai, 13 years of war. Azula, having won her Agni Kai with Zuko gathered the remnants of the Fire Nation and began a guerilla campaign. Now, finally, Team Avatar and other enemies caught up with Azula. Her generals all betrayed her, friends abandoned her and servants deserted, she is left with only one person, her closest and most intimate of companions. They both know what to expect, they have done too much to warrant leniency, so before leaving for their destined fate she makes a promise to him. "I will never forget you, even in death, I shall seek you."  They will meet again.
