The world of Ardentia killed the blood mages centuries ago, exterminating their bloodlines and destroying even the knowledge of their existence after the abominations they created ravaged the peoples of the land.  A new blood mage named Thalos awakens to his power in an age that has forgotten this power, and struggles to discover his place in the world.
