Synopsis
The desire to preserve peace in a society can lead to stagnation when taken to excess, and not all destruction is a bad thing. Our hero, Nayok, is born into the lowest caste of human society and over the course of this tale he will upend the established social order as he rises in power. He will eventually discover an extraordinary and yet self-contradictory purpose - he must protect the world for the purpose of destroying it. Along the way he will make friends and enemies - great and small, mortal and divine. He will love, lose, hate, win and in the end find peace. Well, hopefully that is, since I actually haven't fully decided all of this yet. But that seems like a logical enough conclusion and at this point this introduction is getting a little pompous.

This is a cultivation /progression story in a setting which combines elements from Indian/Hindu mythology and history, mostly the mythological part. There are supposedly only two kinds of stories: hero goes on a journey, or a stranger comes to town. We will begin this story with the former and then there will be a fair few strangers coming to town down the line. If you are giving this a try then first of all I will say a big thank you. Second, I will ask for your patience and trust. I really do have a fairly sizeable story in my mind, and putting up my story online is my way of forcing myself to put the metaphorical pen to paper.
Our hero is not going to be some a super genius who always gets things right. He is going to err plenty, and while he does have a bit of a cheat code he will not be OP, at least for a long while and he will have to work hard in order to gain full use of his ability.
