As the Dominion fractures, a flood of defectors and refugees have spread into human space in search of new lives. As the only faction that will tolerate them, humanity has organized various opportunities to allow ex-Dominion members to integrate into human society. Amid the sweeping changes, Rasvai—one such ex-Dominion member—joins one of the official Arxur-Human exchange programs.
