Yoko Oshita, a perfectly normal human, visits the mysteriuos town of Ryuma where her friend Hikari lives.  It's a town whos exsitence is known all over the world but no one actually knows anything about it other than it is the worlds premier exporter supernatural goods. As she arrives she is quickly introduced to what will become a very interesting summer vacation.
