Werewolves are controlled by the Neural Control Systems (NCS) chip. They are used as tools and have no laws protecting them against abuse or even being murdered! Levi, a 32 year old blond haired boy is taking the Werewolf Handling course when he realizes how messed up the system is! Going along with the class, he graduates keeping his own werewolf, Damien. He doesn't want Damien to feel overwhelmed, so he lets him have as much freedom as he wants. Damien, not understanding how to use this newfound freedom, continues to follow Levi as the only one he can trust. And who knows, maybe a spark will cause entire system to collapse and reveal the true notions behind what the system actually is or by who controls it.
