Rock Johnson is an adult going around his life. But he is too tired of being ordered around and being uptight. He is an adult, not a teenager who still needs advice on what to wear! Soon he notices the society he is living in, is like a stage with puppets. before he could make a run for it, the system of the government caught up to him.  Very mysteriously two weird people end up in the same situation with him and since he got no way out, he had to team up with them. As much as he disclosed the "DC system" mystery, he was even more terrified. These people were using the city as an industry to their environment! They were controlling over people and killing whoever was in the way. Using very odd medic shit to control others. With his two new best friends, he has to make it out alive! That's the least he can do, if he can't save the world. No need to be a hero!  But nah, his life had to have problems.  Now he has to go destroy the DC laboratory and save the city or die within... both are death choice.  The first choice is just a fancy way of dying.  Rock - "Guess I shall die trying, at least I won't be the only one to die"
