Thirty years passed since Earth got integrated with the Four Otherworlds, and so getting your own Class became a routine. Jake Dexter is just your ordinary youth born after The Integration. He graduated from high school with decent grades as a Classless Level-10 and just entered his first Dungeon with the hope to unlock a great Path and get a useful Class that should help him earn some easy cash. He didn't want to risk his life hunting monsters or catching criminals. Jake just dreamed of a peaceful life. But fate (or whatever the thing that manipulated it) did have other plans for him... After entering a Gate, he wasn't sent to any Dungeon, no. Instead, Jake found himself in one of the Four Otherworlds - the Nethersource Realm, the origin of all Dungeons. In this place, there is no human civilization. This is a desolate wilderness inhibited by monster races hostile to him.  Here, the monsters had already WON. Does Jake have any chance to survive this hell? In normal circumstances, no. He would be destined to die, if not from bloodthirsty monsters, then from hunger. But the System Observer is fair - unbelievable achievements lead to equally unbelievable opportunities. As the first of his species to enter this Otherworld, Jake Dexter was given the honor to choose a Legendary Class, to take the only Path that can grant him the chance to live and even prosper in this dangerous place... but what the hell is with this name?! ***The peace of countless monsters inhabiting the Nethersource Realm was threatened when a single terrifying existence invaded it. At first, it was extremely weak, but, as it took the lives of one monster after another, it became stronger and stronger. Until no one could stop it anymore. This existence didn't spare anyone - be it a baby orc, a pregnant wyvern, or a harmless giant tarantula. The worst thing? At some point, it even started to summon those of its kind.
