(THIS IS NOT A ROMANCE)  "Mother Knows Best... Sometimes" follows the humorous misadventures of Eita Takahashi, a middle schooler navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. Living in a close-knit household with his overly enthusiastic mother, Haruko, Eita finds himself caught in the antics of school life, friendship, and competition. When Yuki Kobayashi, a classmate and crush, develops a comically jealous rivalry with Haruko, it ignites a string of comedic events. Throughout the year, Eita learns about the importance of friendship, the value of family, and how love sometimes comes in the most unexpected forms.
