A young girl is abruptly thrust into a society greatly different from her own, filled with staunching oppression of other races due to an odd national religion. That's only the initial problem, as the supernatural comes out and enemies even greater than a tyrannical theocracy emerge. Magic and beasts combine to try and save a world.
