Killing random criminals doesn't have much blowback in lawless Underlevel. Especially not when you're shielded by your rich boss. But Xylen's string of assassinations is finally reaching their culmination. The crime lords of Underlevel decide to retaliate. At the same time, Xylen's boss reveals the assassinations are part of a plan. One that will make not just Underlevel, but all of Silver City sit up and take notice.
