Fourteen year old Elsa Green expected to have a hard enough time being evacuated from London during the dawn of WWII. And that was before she found out that the farmers who take her in are also witches, the valley she's been sent to contains the last girls school for magic in Europe, and that no one who lives in the valley seems to be concerned about the war at all.
