God accidently created 5000 immortal people, and couldnt destroy them, so he told them to flee across the world and to not let anyone know that they lived. After going through 2 billion years of life, the immortals had nothing better to do then kill criminals for fun. With this in mind the Moderators created an organization of Moderators that Moderated the human world.
