Synopsis
This is a LitRPG novel that follows a large ensemble cast of characters who achieve Classes through cultivation and progression of their experience, spells, and abilities. The party includes lightning mages, stone barbarians, celestial paladins, shadow ninjas, chaos clerics, beast summoners, healing witch-druids, and femme fatale rangers. And many more to be discovered. This story incorporates real-life places, empirical experiences, and landmarks such as the Water temple in Bali and the Sydney opera house, but blended into a world of fantasy, monsters, dungeons, and magic.
Dalton awakes to find himself in Savannah, Georgia after a night of effusive celebrating. Upon exploring his city, he finds monsters have infested the streets and an extra-sensory display known as his Personal Terminal provides him a link to the new Plan for their small planet. The System wishes to integrate and subsume their world and only finding the elemental stones can prevent this.
Dalton soon realizes that gaining superpowers and magical abilities seems to be possible and he quickly finds himself progressing quickly and making new friends and comrades. Having been given a cosmos-saving Quest, the intrepid band of adventurers must venture forth into the world and find the Elemental stones. Dalton must simultaneously navigate his way through the newly created feudal system where he finds himself quickly gaining status as an up and coming Noble House, his House, the Dankworths.
The Copadaerium, the ruling body of Houses, consists of the most wealthy families and powerful Adventurers in the world, and Dalton and his friends must face challenges both life-threatening and full of subtly and intrigue to thrive.
This is the first installment of a series of novels that follows multiple main characters and creates a rich world of realism and fantasy that any reader can associate with.
The second novel “Meridian II: Saga of Ice and Shadow” will be released shortly.
