This story is a fan fiction of the work MAZE by Perizou ############################## The story is about a world where game-like systems are the norm. Everyone has a level, status, and even skills are a common thing. If your stats are good, you can also become an explorer, someone that ventures inside a place called MAZE, a dungeon of sorts filled with monsters, creatures, and things that the natural world is missing, such as magic and demi-humans. The story follows Charon, an orphan who wants to be an explorer.  His motivations vary from getting revenge to finding out what happened to his parents.  The intention of this story is to utilize Perizou's story as its framework. I do not intend to have this story break anything canon.  The skill descriptions should all be the same. Any mention of Perizou's original characters will be done in a manner that is either minimal or noninteractive (example: my story character may see someone's name mentioned on the news). Some part of the story will inevitably have similar moments/experiences as a byproduct of how his world works (for example everyone who does a particular role quest does the same one).
