Every person is born with a conscience. It tells us what is good and what is bad.People in this world are born with their conscience in the form of a good spirit and a bad spirit that do just that. But they don't get any benefits from the spirits. When they turn eighteen their subconsciousness chooses the spirit that will be their companion for the rest of their lives.When the spirit is chosen they get benefits from the spirit's powers. But, as you can imagine unconscious decisions don't always make the decision we want. ------------------------------- I didn't use any movies, books or series for inspiration the story is my original work.
