After having just recieved the Phoenix Pill and ridding their body of the Cat's Tongue Curse, Ranma Saotome walks home from school with their friend, Akane Tendo. Soon, they are whisked away to the worlds of "Aikatsu!", where they will meet a cast of eccentric idols who show them the ropes, helping them to embark on passionate Martial Arts Idol Activities.
