Henry was a burnt out nurse before his mind was rent through space, pulled by the absence of all caused by the Abyss, into Colroy’s poor 9 year old vagrant frame. Caught trying to pick a pocket, Colroy was due for a beating before Henry took over and was subsequently rescued by a gang of thieves amenable to taking him under their wing. Can Henry survive in a world where levels can make common beasts indestructible or mad cultists are capable of calling down the stars? Can he control his crippling depression with the help of inexplicable powers instead of the standard medical therapy? Probably not but he’s in for a wild ride.
