Sasuke Uchiha is dying and is in desperate need of a new pair of kidneys. When he unexpectedly gets them, he's left wondering who what happened to the person that he received them from.  Waking up from the surgery, he finds out that he has the unexpected ability to communicate with the person whose kidneys he recevied and it turns out that the other teenager might not have died from normal means.
