A Limit Experience is a type of action or experience which approaches the edge of living in terms of its intensity and its seeming impossibility. It is to revel in the paradoxical nature of madness or maddening circumstance. To receive the greatest of ecstasy from insufferable pain. To seek enlightenment through ascetic starvation. To gain strength from self-destruction. This strip between the transcendental and reality where the mad lay and adventure blooms are endemic to human nature despite its terrifying consequences. It is a disease that we seek out for the sake of living a life worth dying for. This story shall have some snippets of philosophy in regards to mysticism and phenomenology. Here I try to create a dichotomy to the mediocre life most live where dreams die in the graveyard due to the very possibility of success bringing about paralyzing fear. Fantasy seems to be a fine place to hyperbolize what is to be seen. This will be a descent into madness and road to perhaps more redemptive experience. This story will be brutal, focusing on both introspective and explicit actions taken by the main heroine with room to branch into side characters both friend and enemy. This story will start in our reality briefly and then transfer to a world of fantasy and magic via reincarnation. Criticism is welcome so long as it is concise and meaningful.
