This was supposed to be the start of a story that I had in mind but I wasn’t prepared to write what I had in mind, thankfully if you want to see it as a cute little after war one shot then that also works just fine. Just ignore all the tags that really don’t fit. (Original summary for those interested)Whenever disaster had struck before there was always a way to fix it, or at the least reconcile with it. But now? when disaster strikes again, and the only person left he could still call a friend, and oh so much more, leaves him?  What is he to do? An Undying king of a dead people?  When the only person left keeping back the greed of those who wished to use him is no longer here? With the artifacts of his people now in the eyes of those shameless enough to ignore the lives he's saved? Where is he to go? That, he doesn't know. All He knows is he can no longer leave the artifacts of his people to the whims of this world. But... What if there was another? A place for a fresh start; there must be such a place in the myriad of stars above... or maybe further? A place all but unreachable to any alive but him? A place beyond the stars and the vast void of space, yet within reach of his fingertips. After all, he's proved it possible before, first when saving the kids from Emrub then again when trapping Qilby in the White Dimension, and many times after. Maybe... just maybe this might work.
