When it comes to survival people tend to be willing to do near anything. Steal, cheat, lie, and backstab to name just a few. People always look up and think if only they were on top. If they were the ones feared and loved by all, then their life would perfect.  While no one makes it to the top alone there's only enough room for a single person to stand. As such the view from the top is a rather lonely sight.  Vinny an enforcer for the Gallo family sits upon that throne. Stories and rumors float about the street of his name and deeds. Like a legend his presence wafts throughout the city streets of Oshawa.  With nothing left to do but wait for his eventual death he is given a strange task.
