Metadata: This story was a passion project for the conclusion of a DnD game I had with my friends. My character became a god and I wanted to write a continuous story for him, since there was a lot of plot potential I wanted to work with. Additionally, the world my friend had created offered a lot of opportunity. Synopsis: Something has changed in the world. That which was once mundane has become divine. A new god has arisen, one who sees the autonomy of all living things as blessed and true. But for eons there have been mortals and monsters alike that have sought to take away choice for their own gains. Abusers, tyrants, slavers, pirates, all these and more now have to face the fact that a newborn divinity stands against them. Follow the stories of those who have been touched by Aurvandus, the god of freedom, as he begins his crusades to deliver the innocent from bondage and punish those who have denied liberty for so long.
