In the year 2107, roughly half of humanity has developed some kind of superpower. Whether it be a menial power or the ability to bend the laws of reality, the advent of powers forever changed the world, some ways for the better but many for the worse. Amidst the rise and the mass spread of powers, several criminal, revolutionary and or terrorist groups were emboldened to spread chaos and anarchy across the world, only stopped by valiant superpowered people quickly dubbed as heroes.  Gabriel LeFatome, the son of the deceased legendary hero Lionel LeFatome, always dreamt of becoming like his father. Unfortunately he learned his dream was impossible after being told he was powerless . However that might soon change when a new threat arises, a mysterious paramilitary terrorist group only known as the Legion.  After the Legion attacks a major  U.S Military base, he is tasked with infiltrating them, and unveiling their machinations to the government.  Gabriel must not only risk  his life, but also dirty  his hands to get deeper within the Legion. And as the Legion gets closer to entacting its grand design, he must reconcile his own growing sympathies towards the Legion ideals to serve his own country.   “Come now, brother of mine, forsake the world that has forsaken you, and shatter the world of lies.”  When will I update the story? Expect a new chapter every 2-4 weeks, I have school and I'm writing this alongside another novel.  I also want to take the time to ensure these chapters are the best I can make them. I'm mainly posting here just to see how people like my writing as I do intend to actually publish both of my Novels (This and Wraithborne) in a few years.  Also if like the story, like and leave comment, I would really appreciate it :)
