When Valerie dies unexpectedly during a ranked game of the popular MOBA, Legends and Lores, she is whisked away to a mysterious yet fantastical world where titans, ancient beasts, and nigh-immortal beings roam. Swept by the currents of a prophecy, she realizes that in order to survive she must reach the pinnacle. Though her prospects look shaky, at least one thing is looking up. She somehow inherited a system that can tap into the potential of in-game characters from Legends and Lores. Note: This story is loosely inspired by Tower of God (a must read if you haven’t already) and League of Legends. No prior knowledge of either is necessary for reading enjoyment.
