Using harsh training, special rituals, and elixirs, Walkers follow Paths created by Founders to gain supernatural powers. Zed Lian Ren is Pathless, forbidden by his Clan to learn the secrets of Walkers, and treated as a cursed existence by most.  But when faced with an unprecedented crisis, Zed must defy both his Clan and fate itself to forge a Path of his own.  This would be the beginning of his Legend.
