Everyone wants elixirs, mana potions, and a rare flower to impress a lady. However, there is a 1 in a million chance for a plant to be in a mana-rich spot in a dungeon, and there is one lone flower left in the second stratum after greedy people pocketed the rest. But this is not a simple flower. After soaking up so much mana that even a tough noble would second-guess his choices, it becomes self-aware, receiving powers that only enlightened races above the surface are said to have access to. As it grows in mind and power, so does the possibility of turning the world upside down. Left unchecked, who knows what the monster could become? As Rose’s flowery steps take it from one encounter to the next, it discovers that flowers aren’t brought into the world by the beak of a magic bird—and that magic, while powerful, is less useful for a monster without the right ‘hand-eye coordination.’ Though none of these new learnings would stop the egotistical, self-absorbed flower from being a thorn in everyone's ass. However, a certain dwarf would not agree with that statement.
