Synopsis
Of all the chaotic elements that join together to form the fabric of the Earth, the one that remains the most vocal is the land. The lands' wisest inhabitants tread with caution. Some have come to believe that it can feel and sense things that other pieces of the Earth's fabric can no longer discern. Until the reign of men, it grew and transformed as it wished. It was free to burrow, to climb, to stretch across the span of the old world and cover it. As the footprint of man expands, the land withers, turning inward. The trees have become resentful, and their counterparts envious.
