A group of six childhood friends awaken to the powers of the Void. Those of the Void are embedded with superhuman abilities, a deal signed with chokers permanently tightened around their necks. In this world there is growing turmoil, faded heroes lost to villainy and humanity crumbling beneath itself. The Remnant villains seek to integrate humanity into a new age, engraining the majority and wiping out those who are against. Humanity itself in the mindset of the same, to go forward with, or to destroy all Remnants. The world hangs in the balance, symbiosis of the evil ways of the cult of the Remnants, or self-destruction of itself. Two Armageddon-like events, until one day, the six Remnants give them a third option. What shape will the world ultimately take? And what will remain if anything, of anyone?
