Chapter 1: Walls
Walls, and more walls, everyday in front and back. Dull doesn’t even come close to describing the overall feeling of gray that made up every corridor. Each stretch is inconsistent in length and width but seemingly unreachable in height. Making anyone who might dare to traverse this quandary feel a creeping sense of despair. At the epicenter of it lay an impenetrable structure that all walls right or left would lead to.
It is what I called the cell and I suppose with me being the only one at its center, that would make me the nucleus. Only confined, and locked away forever…
BUT! It's not all bad, a large rock fell down from the forever ceiling some time ago, almost scared the horns right off my head. Me and him have kicked it off pretty well since then. I'll tell him stories and well, hell just listen. Mr. Rock is a great listener. He’s also surprisingly resilient. Sometimes when I get bored or frustrated I lob him at my cell grating, but he doesn't mind.

Yesterday I threw him extra hard and accidentally got him stuck between the impenetrable bars of my cell. Since then I've tried a number of ways to get him unstuck but to no avail. Eventually after much deliberation, I came up with the most splendid idea only someone as amazing as me could come up with.
‘I’ll just ram him out with my horns!’ I know, absolutely brilliant, right?
Raring up to charge forward, I instinctually dragged my right foot back against the stone floor. Steam forcefully pushing its way out of my snout. With Horns pressed forward and muscles tense, I launched myself forward with fierce momentum. “Huuuaaaaghh!!”
Over a thousand pounds of unrelenting muscle crashed into the hard metal grating of my cell pressing Mr. Rock further in, viciously warping the structure. With my weight assisting in bending it further, a long unsettling creak came from the heavily strained barrier followed by a foreboding silence… ‘Well, that didn’t go as pla-.’ “SNNAPP!!” The metal grating gave out over the immense pressure, sending me and Mr. Rock tumbling out of my cell and into the unknown.
