Akihiro has spent the last three years in Hi no Ishi Online grinding in the same low-level area. He's become quite powerful, and is the highest ranked character in it's history, but has never ventured out beyond Level Five! Membership for HIO is now at an all-time low, so with many Players abandoning the world, the whole simulation is shutting down! With only ten days left, Akihiro decides it is the perfect moment to go out and beat Shinoiki, Hi no Ishi Online's undefeated Final Boss. But there's a catch: Shinoiki is at the bottom of a dungeon on Level One Thousand! Now, in a race against time, will HIO's most powerful player be able to burn through hundreds of Player Areas to achieve his ultimate goal?
