Aito doesn't have a family and doesn't know what he is. He is in human form, but sometimes he has a paw and an animal like eye, so he doesn't know with he's a kemono or a human. Aito lives in a city filled with mostly kemonos, there are only some humans. Aito meets a girl kemono the same age as him, and she got him into a school that is only for kemonos. Since the teacher doesn't know what he is, she let him go to school.
