On the desolate planet Xenora, two warring factions exist, the Iron Empire and the United Territories of Zorathia. People with magical ability are called cognizants and are valued by both factions, making the ability to control the populace significantly easier. The Iron Empire is a war loving faction ruled by a God-Emperor who use the magic of Cogniscience to 'Memoryweave' his citizens into having a favorable opinion of the Empire.
