Story

Porcius Pluto Anastheseus was an orphan, constantly moving from place to place. He was better than everyone else at everything he did, so he had no friends. That didn’t bother him though, he just felt it was natural. Someone as absolutely amazing as him didn’t need these lesser beings. One cold day in New Jersey, a giant Sea Serpent with glowing scales of copper attacked him. As if on instinct, his eyes started glowing gold, he lifted up his hand, and he released a beam of gold from his hand, forcing the Sea Serpent back. A golden aura emanating from his body, he slowly rose up into the air. A torrent of golden energy flooded his raised palms, forming the head of a dragon. Suddenly, the head blasted towards the Sea Serpent, the body of a great wyrm trailing behind it. It hit the bright, copper, glowing scales of the Serpent’s chest, leaving a crater trailing lines of gold in its wake. A huge, golden explosion hit the bay, leaving copper chunks everywhere.  Suddenly, an odd copper spirit appeared in front of him, a huge broadsword arcing towards him. Fortunately, it was blocked by a scepter made of pure gold. Slowly, an opaque, golden ghost materialized in front of him, holding on to the golden sceptrum. Oddly, both ghosts resembled his perfect, godly features. In fact, the golden one could be mistaken for his brother. After blocking the sword, the golden ghost rushed towards him, entering his chest. Suddenly, the ghost’s sceptrum appeared in his hands, a royal blue gemstone at the top. He thrusted the scepter towards the copper ghost, absorbing it into the scepter. Knowledge slowly fills his mind, knowledge, he realizes, was from the ghost. The ghost was Cuprus, the Copper Spirit, one of the three generals of Argentus. He also realized that he was the heir to the Kingdom of Aurus, and he controlled the supreme power that the Argentus desperately wanted to destroy. The Golden Ghost was the previous Aurus, his ancestor, master of everything. He was killed in a sneak attack by Argentus, who attempted to overthrow the golden tyrants.

After moving to a secluded area, Porcius decided that he must retake his kingdom. “Appear, Aurus”, said Porcius. The Golden One slowly materialized in front of him. “What might you need, little one?” asked the spirit. “I must destroy this Argentus and retake my Kingdom. I ask for power.” “I shall teach you the art of morphing, which will grant you access to your true form.” replied the Golden One. After the Spirit taught Porcius how to morph, Porcius started glowing in a golden light. After the light faded, it revealed a 50-meter tall,  200-meter long, three-headed, two-tailed, golden dragon, with gleaming royal blue eyes. Porcius raised his head, opened his mouth, and released a bright, golden beam that tore the heavens asunder. “Powerful”, Porcius intoned in his gravelly voice. Aurus responded “As expected of my descendant”. Porcius could feel the energy around him. He sensed a dissipating pile of energy in New Jersey, tinged with a copper tone. Additionally, he felt iron-like and bronze-like energy in Washington and Texas respectively. With a quick gesture, the air rippled around him, a shield of energy preventing mere mortals from viewing his glorious self. After a mighty wingbeat, he launched himself into the air. He flew across the continent to Washington, where he found a 7-headed Hydra with Scales of Iron. “I am Ferrus, the Iron One'', the great Hydra exclaimed, “What business do you have with the Second General of Silver?” “My business is your Death”, Porcius said before launching a beam from his center head. After launching a counter beam from three of his heads, Ferrus asked “Were you the one who killed Cuprus?” “He met the same fate you will soon” Porcius replied. “Aurus, I am not as vulnerable as Cuprus, as you soon shall find.” As soon as Porcius’ beam petered out, Ferrus’ heads rose, glowing with red, silver, blue, yellow, green, black, and white. Each of these heads released an elemental beam straight towards Porcius! “You dare? You who does not know the immensity of Heaven and Earth is Courting Death!” Porcius yelled! He created a deep blue shield with veins of gold in front of him, successfully blocking the beams. Like a golden blur, he rushed towards Ferrus, leaving him no time to react! With a swipe of his ivory claws, he cut three heads off, cauterizing the stumps with the golden flames surrounding the giant claws. He released a blindingly bright beam from each of his heads, succesfully destroying three other heads. Finally, Ferrus was left with only one head. Oddly, he started laughing. A slow laugh that slowly grew louder. “Evil scum like you does not deserve to live! You shall die with me!” A bright grey light was visible in his chest. His eyes started glowing and light was released from his open mouth! He was attempting to self-destruct! Quickly, Porcius transformed back into his human form. He unleashed all of his energy in order to form a spherical shield that encompassed his entire body. Ferrus’ explosion launched the pellet-like shield into the upper atmosphere, then, the shield arced downwards, landing in the Sonoran Desert, Arizona. The moment the shield faded, a grey ghost appeared. Ferrus was alive! He had clung on to Porcius’ shield! Instantly, Ferrus lunged towards Porcius, a longsword materializing in his hands, but this time, Porcius was prepared! He materialized the gold Sceptrum and used it to block the longsword! Then he materialized a golden Gladius in his other hand and rained many blows upon the Iron Ghost. Finally, Ferrus faltered and Porcius was able to pierce him with his Sceptrum, absorbing the Iron One into the lagoon-like sapphire. Before Ferrus was fully absorbed, he managed a last, weak sentence. “You tyrants shall never take back the kingdom, the kingdom that now belongs to the people!” Porcius just smirked, a cruel, cold look on his face. “Watch me.”

Porcius was tired of waiting around. After spending a week mastering the elemental abilities that he gained from the Iron Hydra and another special power, he felt that he was finally able to take on the Silver King. ‘A false king’, he added in his mind. Launching himself off of the ground with his golden power, he used his new elemental abilities to manuever himself to North Franklin Mountain, Texas. When he reached there, he instantly found that magic was used to hide the true passageway to the kingdom, far above the mountain, on top of a floating island. ‘Such rudimentary magic isn't of any use against me, at this point, it's just insulting.’ He flew up to the floating island, ready to claim his birthright. On the floating island, guarding the portal, was a giant Dragon. Not a wyvern, a serpent, a wyrm, or a hydra, but a true Dragon. Reaching 30 meters high, with a length of 120 meters, was a bronze-scaled beast. The final general of Silver, the Aereus Dragon. After sensing Porcius’ presence, Aereus turned his head towards him. “Aurus, however powerful you may be, I will finally eradicate your evil presence. Golden one! You shall die today!” After finishing his monologue, Aereus unleashed a shining bronze beam from his mouth, packed with enough energy to make both previous generals pale in comparison. Far from flinching at this, Porcius lazily launched a beam from one of his heads. ‘Your overconfidence shall be your demise!’ Thought Aereus. Unfortunately for him, he was wrong. The casual beam from Porcius overpowered his beam, forcing him to use even more energy in order to shield himself! Immediately, Aereus covered his body with a bronze energy, and dove directly towards Porcius, piercing straight through Porcius’ Shields! It was clear that Aereus had realized Porcius’ overwhelming power and decided that an overwhelming attack that used all of his energy was the only way to defeat him! Aereus’ flight path continued, straight towards Porcius’ heart! The Bronze Dragon pierced the golden scales with ease, splattering shining golden blood everywhere! Unfortunately for him, his streak of luck had come to an end, and right before he hit Porcius’ heart, he crashed into a golden shield that completely neutralized his momentum. Upon seeing his blood, Porcius felt a seething anger, a rage like he had never feld before. He was done playing around. “You dare? An insect such as yourself dares to draw my blood?” His eyes starting to glow gold, and he felt a haze come over him. “You have doomed yourself to eternal suffering!” Porcius began to use his elemental powers, rocks from surrounding mountains rising with a golden hue, expanding to massive sizes. Flames, storms, light, and darkness all added to the chaos around him. With a flick of his tails, it all crashed together, a prison with a hellish environment that Aereus could never escape. “My king! Save me!” Aereus wailed before getting pulled into the center of the satellite, bound by chains. In a fit of rage, Porcius launched the planetoid, its size around half of that of the moon, towards the portal, but the instant the prison touched the hole in reality, it dissapeared. Porcius immediately launched himself after it.

Still seething, Porcius finds himself in a beautiful, pure, wonderland, a dimension the likes of which he had never seen before. He could clearly see that his mini-moon was launched upwards by the portal, ascending into the sky. Shaking his head to free his mind of unneeded thoughts, Porcius flew to the source of silver energy. He had realized that he had been too careless, and that, even though he wields the power of a god, he is not immortal. As soon as he reaches the silver energy, he finds a two-headed silver dragon, sitting there, waiting. “I, Argentus, King of Silver, swore to eradicate the entire evil golden lineage. The rest are dead, and you shall be next!” Saying that, he immediately launched two massive beams towards Porcius, showing his immense control over his energy. Porcius is forced to block, not having the time nor space to dodge. While Porcius is momentarily blinded by the explosion, Argentus lunges towards his right wing, attempting to cripple him. Porcius instantly sends out multiple blasts of magic towards Argentus, forcing him to put up a shield, then strikes with his claws coated in elemental energies. Argentus returns his own silver energy, and a massive explosion ensues. “You are powerful, but not powerful enough! I have you right where I want you!” Before Porcius can react, Argentus cuts himself, letting drops of his blood spill on the ground. Instantly, a silver ritual circle, clearly prepared beforehand appears. A focused, extremely powerful blast of silver energy strikes Porcius, leaving a massive hole in his body. The light dies down in his eyes. Porcius is dead. “Finally, we are free of this golden curse!” exclaims Argentus. “Using the remains of the previous Aurus to power the circle did the trick! It managed to kill him!” While Argentus was distracted, a golden ghost, small compared to the massive dragons, started to materialize. Quickly, it shot towards Argentus’ head, creating the Sceptrum in his hand, with a golden spearhead on the bottom. The remnant of Porcius pierced Argentus’ head, sucking away his lifeforce. “Nooooooooooo!” screamed Argentus. Life is drained from his body, and the silver king falls down, dead. With barely any time left, Porcius directs all of the energy towards his corps, reconstituting it. He dives in, and is reborn. “Good thing I remembered to use the ability I learned from Ferrus!” Porcius exclaimed. He roared, announcing his victory to the entire Kingdom of Aurus. He took his throne back, killed all dissenters, and ruled the world for the rest of his life, occasionally dropping in to hear Aereus’ tortured screams inside of his extra-terrestrial prison. Unfortunately, good things never last. In his old age, a descendent of Argentus managed to kill him in a sneak attack, taking over the kindom. One descendent of the Golden line escaped to the mortal world, and the cycle started again.
