In a dark green forest, a small wooden cabin could be found.

A man could be seen walking out holding a small boy's hand.

The man started to instruct the boy on cultivation.

They both enter lotus position.

The boy has a hard time concentrating as his thoughts were filled with the lost of the things that he found most important; his family, the lost of his favorite pastime and the lack of love.

This boy is Bai Long, previously known as Joe Stein, and he is suffering from the lost of his mother.

"I promised as Joe Stein that I would make my family proud," Bai thought while silently sobbing.

"Why must my mom be the one who died," pausing the thought to punch the ground without affecting much," there were dozens of people in the crowd."

Once again, he interrupts his thought to vent his anger on the nearby ground and continue his thought,"my mom was just shopping, yet out of dozens of people, they had to choose my mom."

The man continue to watch and waving his hands.

Faint colored lines could be seen flowing toward Bai.

This line of color was internal energy called Tekin.

His concentration was broken by his anger and rebounds onto him.

The Tekin was blown away from him and dissipate, while he started to fall backwards.

The man, who was watching him, made his move.

His head fell onto the ground and bounces a few times.

The man sprinted and yelled with his hand out,"Son!"

Bai was losing consciousness and said shortly before fainting,"Sorry, Dad."

Bai woke up and heard murmurs,"After your mother's death, I knew you wouldn't be able to cultivate normally."

Bai tried to talk, however he felt weak and pain left him unable to talk.

His dad was once called,"The Silver-Haired Shining Knight," for his unique silver hair and protecting women first.

His reputation never spread that far and his name isn't that memorable.

His name was Lan Chun, which means Blue Spring.

"I saw you venting your anger on the world, yet I thought it would be fine,"he continued.

"I thought that because we left the town that you wouldn't remember," he finished sobbing.

Bai built up strength and tried to speak again,

(Rolled a 53)

"No-,"Bai tried to say, yet only a single syllable was pronounced.

"You're awake,"said his father happily.

He quickly move closer to the bed and took out an apple and a knife.

(Rolled a 63)

He started cutting clumsy due to his bubbling emotions.

Shortly after peeling the apple, he started to mediate in order to calm down his emotions.

Bai couldn't pick up the apple, but soon a small amount of Tekin had picked up the apple and slice them into small pieces.

Bai opened his mouth as much as possible and opened about 1 inch.

The sliced pieces started to follow, supported by the Tekin, and the Tekin from each individual pieces started to support his facial muscles.

Then after he finished eating the apple, another was peeled.

More and more were peeled until Bai closed his mouth and stopped looking at them.

"Sleep tight, my child," said his father and left.

Bai looked around his room.

Seeing a normal wooden room and calming down.

He placed his head on his pillow and slept.

A blade was seen covered in blood.

A bleeding man laying near a door.

Tekin could be seen covering his wound.

His wound stopped bleeding and started to heal slowly.

"Lan Chun, I gave you my daughter and grandson in order to give them a happy life, but yet you can provide neither,"said a bald old man with a royal-like aura.

Lan Chun laid there and the Tekin started to disappear.

"I- You- He- You can take him away, just promise me that you would take care of him,"said Lan.

"Always planned to,"said the old man.

"Who is there?" Said a childish voice.

""He manifested his personal spirit,""they both said at the same time in shock.

"Grandpa!" said the small spirit from afar.

The spirit came from around the corner, there were no fine details and his body glowed hiding minute details.

The outline, however, was clear and anyone who looked at Bai enough would know that it was modeled after him.

Although his body shape is similar to other young children, combined with his voice and emotion he shown and deducation of where it came from makes it easy to conclude that he is a personal spirit.

"...I will stay here and help him grow with you,"said the old man.

"If you are able to help him awaken, then that means that you broke through that thin shield. You stopped believing that you can do everything and actually started for care for your son,"continued the man with a solemn look.

"Take care of him, while I go ask around for favors from some old friends,"finished the old man.

The old man disappeared and reappeared in Bai's room.

He placed his hand onto his forehead.

Bai's head was filled with information.

Then the old man disappeared.
