The age of technological innovation is upon us. Seeking refuge away from troubled events as an idol, Adelaide "Alice" Ligeia moves into the industrial-futuristic city of Promethea. In a community where robotic and scientific achievements are sought after and expanded upon, she's to be watched over by the freelance shop owner Randall Jazz. Unfortunately for her, in a populated area where human hubris is tested every day, her time away from the spotlight may not be as peaceful as she hoped.
