Lots of Secrets Why did I write this?: Change is uncomfortable, and I wanted to write a story that reflects that. A story where the hero doesn’t instantly gain powers and transform into a complete badass. Because for most of us, life doesn’t work that way. I wanted a story where you grew alongside the character, discovering their new abilities as they do. One where their life feels relatable, and you want to see them succeed, bumps and all. Plus, a story is always better when it makes you laugh a little too.  As one review put it:  This is not your usual RR story. No stats, no system, no skills. But what this story does do is deftly thread the needle between super creepy and actually quite funny. There are specific scenes which will simultaneously make your hair stand on end in horror and make you laugh at the whole crazy situation the protagonist has gotten himself into. I don't even know how that's physically possible!  This will be a multiple-volume series, with each volume ranging between 200 and 400 book pages and featuring a fully completed arc. So buckle up!
