Synopsis
In a world torn apart and damaged by war, Leonardo Dupont is one of the last surviving members of the fae - a race hunted near to extinction by vampires who have coveted them for the unique properties of their blood. In a most unlucky twist of fate, Leon falls into the clutches of the vampire prince, Riccardo Tenepri, and believes his life has ended. Prince Riccardo - trained as a soldier in his family's millennia long war for dominance over the world - glimpses hope when he is gifted Leon. He dreams of a more peaceful existence for himself and his kid brother, Erik; the fae's home promises him just what he's always wanted. Defying his ruthless father, and turning his back on everything he was raised to be, Riccardo sets out on a journey with Erik in tow to get Leon back to his family whilst seeking a better life for himself and Erik. With the relentless King Demetri pursuing them, Leon and Riccardo must depend on each other to reach journey's end. As the history of violence between fae and vampires hangs in the air, their quest becomes not only a fight for survival but a chance at redemption in a world scarred by conflict.
